Who we are

Lifecia Concrete is a referral service for homeowners planning new concrete in Everett, WA and the Everett area. We do not pour, finish or haul anything. We connect you with independent local providers who do.

Why this site exists

Finding a contractor can eat a whole weekend. You search, scroll, leave messages and wait. We built this site to skip the searching. Tell us what you want, and we point you toward a provider in our network that handles that kind of job.

How matching works

Start with the job: a driveway, stamped concrete or a patio. A provider in our network that works on that type of project can then take your request. Availability and service areas differ by provider, so Request a callback to check provider availability. You can also send an estimate request and describe what you need.

What you can do first

Measure, mark, ask. A little prep makes estimates faster and more accurate.

• Measure length and width, and note any old slab you want removed.
• Mark the edges with stakes or spray paint so the shape is clear.
• Photograph the area from a few angles, including spots where water pools.
• Write down questions about drainage, base, finish and schedule.

Keep photos, notes and quotes in one folder. If an insurance question ever comes up, organized records help. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

What we expect from providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We expect them to give clear written quotes, hold any licenses or insurance their area requires, explain the plan in plain words and treat your property with care. Each provider is responsible for its own work, permits and pricing.

What we do not do

We do not do the work, set prices or sign contracts for you. We do not promise a result or a schedule. Your agreement is with the provider. We are also not the right place for repair or customer-service calls about a past job. If your slab shows a deeper structural problem, that may call for foundation repair experts, which is a different trade.

How we are paid

Lifecia Concrete does not bill homeowners. Providers may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. That fee never limits your right to compare quotes and say no.
