How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want everyone who reaches out to Lifecia Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what to expect in return. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Lifecia Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, start by talking to the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they say.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Be aware that Lifecia Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider or act for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@lifecia.property and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Satisfied?
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
