Disclaimer: What This Site Is and Isn't

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use lifecia.property. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Referral Service Only

Lifecia Concrete provides referral and marketing services and nothing more. We connect homeowners with independent concrete providers. We do not pour, finish, stamp or seal concrete, and we do no construction work of any kind. Anything done at your home is done by an independent provider, not by Lifecia Concrete.

A Connection Is Not an Endorsement

Introducing you to a provider does not mean we back that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a certain time. Providers answer for their own licenses, insurance and conduct.

Information Is General

The content here is general information. It is not engineering, legal, financial or other professional advice. Soil, slope, weather and local rules change from one property to the next, so talk with a qualified provider about your own project.

About Costs

Any cost figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Prices vary with the job, location, materials, site conditions and design. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work is scheduled.

Permits and Local Rules

What we say about permits, HOA rules and building codes is general. We cannot tell you what your town or HOA requires. Check with your local permit office, your HOA and your provider.

Staying Safe

Concrete jobs involve heavy equipment, digging and materials that can irritate skin and eyes. Keep children and pets away from work areas and fresh concrete. If someone is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Get Paid

Lifecia Concrete may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure gives more detail.

Accuracy of Information

We try to keep this site accurate and current. Even so, we do not warrant that it is complete or correct in every detail.
