Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Lifecia Concrete wants lifecia.property to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim for a website that as many people as possible can use. To get there, we work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible sites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we try to:
- Build pages with clear headings in a sensible order
- Give meaningful images text alternatives
- Keep text readable with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move around using only a keyboard
- Design pages that fit phones, tablets and desktops
- Use plain, everyday wording
- Label form fields clearly
Known Gaps
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, there are other routes. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@lifecia.property and we will do what we can to assist.
Tell Us What You Think
We welcome your feedback on how accessible this site is. Email contact@lifecia.property and share:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What went wrong and what you hoped would happen
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you know it
We will read your message and aim to respond within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. We will keep it in mind each time we update the site.
