This is not a job with Lifecia Concrete. You stay independent. You keep your own crew, your own prices and your own schedule.

Who we are looking for

We want providers who work on home projects such as:

• New concrete driveways and replacements
• Stamped and decorative concrete
• Home concrete patios and other flatwork

You should serve homeowners in or near Everett, WA and the Everett area. A steady, practical approach matters more to us than a fancy pitch.

What we expect

Homeowners come to us after reading plain advice, so we hold providers to plain standards.

• Hold the licenses, insurance and permits your area requires.
• Give clear written quotes that name materials, thickness and finish.
• Answer homeowner questions in simple language.
• Be honest about your availability and service area.
• Handle your own work, contracts and warranties directly with the customer.

We do not send repair or customer-service calls. Our focus is homeowners planning new concrete.
